Personal Training
It can often be difficult to begin an exercise program. Motivation may be lacking and it's easy to become a little
self-conscious about exercising in public. Or if you’ve been an exerciser, perhaps you have experienced a training plateau that is testing
your resolve to continue. Both of these situations are where a personal fitness trainer can help. I design a very individual program for you that
helps you succeed. It usually consists of a warm-up, strength and/or cardiovascular conditioning, stretching and cool down. Every session is
customized to your current ability, fitness level and goals. Each session is progressive and new, and I will introduce you to more challenging

Wellness Consulting
In my individualized one-on-one wellness consulting, you and I sit down and talk about your needs, nutritional, emotional
and spiritual. Work, stress, home and family matters are all on the table and all factored in. I help you design a program of the right foods and
"course corrections" in lifestyle that support better physical and mental health and life goals. A true holistic program encompasses
all that nourishes and supports you, including your career, your relationships, physical activity, sleep, laughter, joy, self-expression, and creativity.
