Swedish - this classic massage technique involves soothing, relaxing strokes such as gliding, kneading, stretching to increase circulation, improve skin and muscles tone, and promote relaxation.


Deep Tissue - similar to the classic Swedish massage, this technique uses more focused strokes such as compression and cross fiber friction to facilitate the release of specific muscles that are tense and knotted.


Aroma Therapy Massage - using warm essential oils will induce complete relaxation during your massage. We will chose the aromatherapy essential oils that are right for you, whether you want calming, relaxing, energizing, or balancing aromas.


Sports Massage - this treatment uses a variety of techniques to address areas of muscle fatigue and tension. In the event of an injury focused massage techniques are used to reduce swelling, speed healing and inhibit the formation of scar tissue.


Neck and Shoulders Massage - focused attention on the neck and shoulder area helps release tention in an area where physical and emotional stresses most often manifest.


Reflexology - this technique is based on the belief that ones feet and hands are maps or mirrors of the body. Using pressure-point massage, reflexology relieves pain, alleviates stress and restores the flow of energy throughout the body.


Maternity Massage - this gentle massage can help you adjust to the changes that occur during pregnancy and relieve some of the discomfort that you may experience.


Lymphatic Massage - the lymphatic system is essential as the body's drainage system for cleansing and filtering out of bacteria and toxins. Lymphatic massage helps to unclog the lymph system.


Chair/Seated Massage - done in a special massage chair, the scalp, shoulders, neck, arms, back, and hips are massaged to release tension and facilitate relaxation.


Couples Massage - there are two types of couples massage – You can schedule a one hour massage for you and your partner however the service will be a back to back appointment. Or you can schedule two therapist to provide a one hour session at the same time while you and your partner are each on your own tables, which are positioned side by side.


Infant Massage - infant massage helps to promote the parent-infant bonding process into loving and positive relationships. Infant massage further helps improve immune systems, stimulate relaxation, promotes better sleeping patterns, decrease stress responses during painful health procedures like immunizations. Infant massage can also help to reduce colic, congestion and teething.

Myofascial - this therapeutic treatment utilizes a gentle form of stretching to eliminate pain and restore range of motion. Fascia is a connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, bone, nerve, blood vessel, and organ of the body, down to the cellular level. By freeing up fascia that may be impeding blood vessels or nerves, the body's innate restorative powers are restored by improving circulation and nervous system transmission.


Acupressure - this massage technique applies pressure to specific points on the body related to acupuncture points which releases tension with in the muscle belly and nerve endings.


Corrective Rehabilitation Therapy - these techniques are specified by the body part in need of better movement. This massage technique works with active stretching and spot specific tissue work.
