All scheduled sessions require a 24hr cancellation otherwise you will be charged the full scheduled price.

• Monday – Saturday: 5AM – 9PM
• Closed on Sundays

Massage Services

• 30 Minutes - $80
• 60 Minutes - $160
• 90 Minutes - $240
• 120 Minutes - $300

Personal Training

In the privacy of your home, outdoors or Beach Training.

• 30 Minutes - $70
• 60 Minutes - $150
• 90 Minutes - $210
• 120 Minutes - $260

Work out with a friend, relative or co-worker and split the total cost of a session
*Pre-payment is required for all personal training appointments as this supports your accountability* *24hr cancellation policy is required otherwise you will be charged the scheduled session*

Please note mileage over 15 miles one-way additional travel fee will apply.

Personal Cooking

• $60.00/hr - You pick up - Prepared weekly food in containers with appropriate portion sizes based on your individual goal. * FREE Phone consultation required *
• $100.00/hr - In the privacy of your home plus the cost of food.
